No response from company except so called experts that want my credit card number to assist me. Only 3 of 8 batteries M18 12 ah charged and are lasting only 13 min compared to 20 min with Milwaukee M18 6ah battery

I need the one that I ordered. I do not need these; three are wrong.
These are a cheaper version of what I ordered.
I would like to get the ones I ordered, and I need them pretty quick. I'm trying to write as much as possible to get 100 words, but what it boils down to is I need my batteries I ordered, not what you sent me.

Placed order September 10, never received. Order was emailed that they could send half the order, charged $57.96.
Can't reach anybody in customer service to talk to. I would like to know if I can get my order.

Charged $57.96 for an order back in September 10 never received order was emailed that we could get half the order. Nobody will call us or answer the phone and its still being advertise that they have the product.

Battery exploded and burn down my outhouse and garage
Battery exploded plooms of black toxic smoke destroyed thousands of pounds of equipment and property. Company customer service is not being very helpful.

I have some vannon 20 volt Black & Decker 2 amp hour batteries and also some DeWalt van in 20 volt batteries my Black & Decker ones show the flashing red light when I measure the battery with a meter it has full voltage but when I put it in the drill it will only like the LED

Other than asking to send pictures, I did, there has been no attempt to rectify the situation. That would be: how to return the incorrect batteries and/or replace with the correct ones.

THE PRODUCT WAS COUNTERFIT AND DID NOT WORK. THE REPLACEMENT BATTERIES WERE IN AN EMPTY CARTRIDGE.
OBVIOUSLY WHEN I WENT TO CHARGE IT NOTHING HAPPENED. NO WAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY OR THE SO CALLED AUTOMATED SYSTEM.
I PAIS BY PAYPAL SO THEY REFUNDED ME MY MONEY.

Wrong order sent. Battery
Hi. I am getting frustrated.
I am not getting a reply to emails and your site says a reply in 24 hours or less. I ordered 4 18V- 12AH Batteries for $232.32 on 10-19-24. I received 1 18V-8AH on 10-28-24. The tracking number was the same as the one I got with my email on the original order.
